THE ROLE

Reporting to the VP of Operations and Executive Director of Operations, the Operations Support Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day tasks of these key leaders. Most importantly, you will be the face of the group and act as a bridge-builder between the Operations team and all other departments.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team through communications, client updates, and quality / safety performance
  • Compile and analyze basic information to include in reports or presentation materials, prepare charts, graphs, or tables as necessary and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled client and quarter business review, as well as standard meetings
  • Organize, attend, and assist with all ops staff, critical client, and corporate leadership functions/events
  • Flexibility to manage other specific duties as defined by Operations staff

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • College/University degree, or equivalent experience; BA preferred with 3+ years related experience
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, yet flexible; professional, and creates order from chaos
  • Sophisticated communication skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
  • Strong administrative abilities and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
