THE ROLE

Servicon is looking for a driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO/President with her day-to-day tasks.  A love for creating healthy spaces, a people driven culture and our diverse business structure is just as important as strong organizational capabilities and know-how.  You will support a high-volume of unique work within a growing/developing organization, in which no two days are ever the same.  While your core responsibilities are administrative, we are seeking an incumbent who can go beyond the traditional tasks to be flexible, intuitive, build internal and external relationships, and strong critical thinking skills.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • College/University Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting executive and/or senior management in a fast-paced office environment (stable work experience a must).
  • A passion for humans! Must love to learn about people.
  • A clear communicator – verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, strong internal customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and be discrete.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while always thinking three steps ahead.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to act without guidance.
  • Confident in your abilities and not easily intimidated.
  • Ability to read correspondence, reports, and other communication in a critical and analytical manner, and respond appropriately.
  • Tech-savvy; advanced expertise with MS Office 365, ZOOM, and CRM systems, e.g., Kronos/UKG, iCIMS and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail; highly organized, ability to meet deadlines and follow through.
