Our purpose at Servicon is to elevate our industry and provide healthy environments in which people can thrive – this applies to the work we do for our clients and the environment we cultivate internally. We rally, we adapt, and we are not beholden to shareholders but rather to our employees. This places us in a unique position that fosters good will with both our clients and our employees. For us to be able to positively impact more lives, our CEO/President needs an Executive Assistant/CEO Enabler that can help handle day-to-day tasks that get in the way of executing her vision.  We are kind yet direct; we are adaptive, we look after each other, and we love to love our work.

Servicon is looking for a driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO/President with her day-to-day tasks.  A love for creating healthy spaces, a people driven culture and our diverse business structure is just as important as strong organizational capabilities and know-how.  You will support a high-volume of unique work within a growing/developing organization, in which no two days are ever the same.  While your core responsibilities are administrative, we are seeking an incumbent who can go beyond the traditional tasks to be flexible, intuitive, build internal and external relationships, and strong critical thinking skills.

If you thrive in, and working with, an exciting, fast-paced, high-energy leader, then this is the opportunity for you.  You won’t just be seen as an admin, but as a thought partner to help our CEO/President utilize her time and deliver on initiatives to scale the business.
