As our Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will help facilitate the selection and hiring for positions at all levels of the business sector, all while giving uncompromising levels of customer service and helping grow a workforce in alignment with our strategic goals and values all while supporting our culture of integrity, inclusion, industry passion, and respect.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance a recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of Best-in-Class candidates for various positions across multiple disciplines
  • Develop and use a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, networking, local colleges, career fairs, recruiting events, and industry and role-specific resources to maximize candidate sourcing.
  • Develop strong meaningful and trusting relationships with hiring managers, while getting a feel for each team to ensure a smooth recruiting process and cultural fit within the organization
  • Deliver quality customer service to include regular/timely position updates and scheduled reports to hiring managers and follow-up with all candidates, including candidates not selected, accordingly throughout the interview process – Candidate Care!
  • Establish and maintain active working relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent
  • Manage/facilitate the end-to-end interview process, including interviewing candidates, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates, and hiring managers, facilitating debriefs, providing feedback for both parties, and extending offers supporting high-volume recruiting efforts
  • Obtain position requirements and behavioral profiles, determine compensation, ensure JDs are updated, and manage the entire engagement process effectively. Creating compelling and attractive job posting in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • May facilitate New Hire Orientations, Coordinate On-Boarding efforts, and assist with other training programs as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience), preferably in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a track record of success as an in-house client service partner
  • Previous High-volume recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, JobTarget, Handshake, etc.
  • Prior experience with Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a consistent commitment to quality
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions with extreme attention to detail
